Most builders quote a price and keep the specification vague. We would rather do the opposite. Everything below is included in the base price of a TL Hardin home — Merillat cabinetry, granite counters, GE appliances, engineered hardwood, a 15 SEER heat pump, and a 1/2/10 year warranty. Not offered as an upgrade once the framing is up.
