A small firm, deliberately — and a standard we do not move

TL Hardin Group builds custom and on-your-lot homes across Moore County, North Carolina. We were founded in 2012, we are licensed in this state, and we have stayed deliberately small — small enough that the two people who own the company are the same two people who run your build.

How We Work

We take on a limited number of homes each year. That is not scarcity marketing — it is the only way two principals can be personally present on every site, every week. When something needs deciding, you are not waiting for a project manager to reach a superintendent to reach a subcontractor.

We would rather specify a house properly at the start than discover the gaps at drywall. Our standard specification is set high enough that most clients change very little, and every allowance is priced against what materials actually cost in this market — not against what makes a proposal look competitive.
